A flavour of the types of problems I solve. Details are anonymised, but the challenges and outcomes are representative of real work in financial services and insurance.
1. Redesigning executive reporting for an insurance brand
A large insurance provider had multiple overlapping reports for digital performance – none of which leadership trusted. I worked with stakeholders to define a clear KPI framework and designed an executive Power BI dashboard that combined acquisition, on-site engagement and sales outcomes.
The result was a single, trusted view that reduced meeting preparation time and focused discussion on action, not data wrangling.
2. CRO & experimentation programme uplift
A digital team wanted to move from ad-hoc testing to a structured experimentation programme. I helped them define a hypothesis library, opportunity sizing model and regular reporting cadence that told a clear story about the value of testing.
This included GA4-based funnel analysis, test readouts and roll-up views for senior stakeholders.
